Dear team leaders, dear invigilators,
The IPhO 2021 is just around the corner and we plan to release the 3rd Circular very soon. Before we do that, we are asking you to provide us with some essential information.
First of all, one of our goals during the IPhO 2021 is to have a seamless experience for all to join together over a single video communication platform over any occasion - exams, freetime activities, or International Board Meetings. We ask you to provide information about the availability of communication platforms in your country by answering a short questionnaire before June 18, 2021 that was delivered to your inbox. If you have not received the questionnaire please get in touch with us.
Secondly, we are sending the packages with the experiment sets and IPhO goodies to your destination. We will provide the tracking numbers in a separate message. We want to ask you to NOT open the boxes until we provide the instructions in the 3rd Circular.
Third, we ask you to identify your country if your students will be taking the exams from several places instead of one. If this is the case in your team, please contact us.
Lastly and most importantly, we would like to remind everyone that the payment deadline is June 17, 2021. If we don"t receive your participation fees by then, your team will not be allowed to take the exams.
In addition, we ask you to check the information on IPhO 2021 registration page and press "Final submit" before June 17th if it wasn"t done yet. Anyone whose information is not fully submitted by June 17, 2021 will not be allowed to participate in the IPhO 2021.
